Cancellation fee and No-Show Policy

At Aroka Thai Spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate the cancellation of an appointment. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. As a home-based business with a limited number of clients each day, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. In the case of a No-Show, where a client fails to arrive without prior notice, future bookings will be suspended.
