We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise necessitating a client to cancel an appointment. However, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. As a home-based business, we prioritize a limited number of clients per day, and last-minute cancellations within 24 hours significantly impact our operations. Therefore, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged for such instances.

In the case of a No-Show, future bookings will be suspended.

We apologize, we do not accept prenatal massage at this time.

Our primary focus is on creating a comfortable massage environment for our clients and a safe workplace for our team members. We strictly adhere to the code of ethics and professionalism expected for RMT therapists. Any services related to sexual activities, including 'happy ending', are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards verbal abuse, sexual assault resulting in bodily harm, or any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of our team members. Clients engaging in such behavior will be immediately banned from accessing our services in the future.
