We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as cash.

We’ve partnered with Canada’s top health insurance providers, including Green Shield, Sun Life, Pacific Blue Cross, and Manulife, to ensure a smooth and simple billing process. To set up direct billing, please provide your policy number, ID number, coverage details (amount or percentage), and any applicable claim information at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel an appointment. However, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. As a home-based business with a limited number of daily appointments, last-minute cancellations within 24 hours significantly impact our operations. As such, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be applied.

In the event of a No-Show, future bookings will be suspended.

We apologize, but we do not offer prenatal massage at this time.

Our primary focus is to create a comfortable and respectful environment for both our clients and team members. We strictly adhere to the ethical standards and professionalism expected of Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and Thai Massage Therapists.

Any services related to sexual activities, including "happy ending," are strictly prohibited. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal abuse, sexual assault, or any behavior that jeopardizes the safety and well-being of our staff. Clients engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned from accessing our services.
